Orlando Translators, Certified and 100% Human
In business since 2009 and led by Milton Palacio, a Florida Certified Court Interpreter and U.S. Navy Veteran. A real person answers the phone, and Pete handles scheduling.
Every document is translated by a qualified human translator and reviewed by a second linguist. No machine translation at any step, which matters most on the documents where one wrong word gets a filing rejected.
Every translation comes with a signed Certificate of Accuracy stating that it is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent in both languages. That is the statement USCIS requires, and the one courts and agencies look for.
Tell us the date the filing, hearing or appointment is due and we schedule the translation around it. Most standard documents, like birth certificates, marriage certificates and diplomas, come back quickly. When a deadline is close, say so when you send the document and it goes to the front of the line.
Legal documents go to translators who work in legal language, medical records to translators who know medical terminology. Native speakers of the target language, in 150+ languages.

Who Does the Work
MVP Translations was founded in 2009 by Milton Palacio, a Florida Certified Court Interpreter and U.S. Navy Veteran. Certified is the highest designation Florida courts give an interpreter, earned by passing the state's written and oral exams. You can confirm his credential on the Florida Courts interpreter registry.
For specific documents, see our guides to certified birth certificate translation, USCIS certified translation, legal document translation and medical translation. Need someone in the room rather than a document translated? See our interpreting services.
Translation Services FAQ
A complete translation of a document with a signed statement from the translator that it is accurate and complete and that they are competent in both languages. That statement is the Certificate of Accuracy, and every MVP translation comes with one.
Our certified translations meet the USCIS requirement for foreign-language documents: a full English translation with the translator's signed certification that it is complete and accurate and that they are competent to translate from the foreign language into English. See what a USCIS filing needs.
Yes. Passports, national ID cards, and birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates are some of the documents we translate most often, usually for USCIS filings. See certified birth certificate translation.
Yes, when the receiving office asks for it. A certified translation carries the translator's signed statement of accuracy; notarization adds a notary's signature confirming the translator's identity. USCIS asks for certification, not notarization. Some courts, schools and foreign agencies ask for both, so tell us where the document is going and we will tell you which you need.
Not for USCIS or the courts. The translation has to be certified by someone other than the applicant or a party to the case, with a signed Certificate of Accuracy stating that it is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent in both languages. A bilingual friend or relative does not count, for the same reason: the translation needs to come from someone independent of the filing. MVP's translators sign the certificate on every translation. See what a USCIS filing needs.
It depends on the length of the document and the language. Most standard documents, like birth certificates, marriage certificates and diplomas, come back quickly. Tell us your deadline when you send the document. If it is close, say so and it goes to the front of the line.
No. Every translation is done by a qualified human translator and reviewed by a second linguist. On legal, medical and immigration documents a machine error can mean a rejected filing, so nothing we deliver is machine translated.
Yes, Spanish to English and English to Spanish, certified, for every document type on this page. See Spanish interpreting and translation in Orlando. We also translate Haitian Creole, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Russian and 140+ other languages.
No. Send a scan or a clear photo through the quote form or by email to scheduling@mvptranslations.net. We work with clients in Orlando, across Florida and nationwide.
